摘要
目的提高临床医师对原发性甲状腺鳞癌的认识,避免误诊。方法分析我科1例原发性甲状腺鳞癌的临床特征,病理特点,诊断与治疗并复习相关文献。结果行甲状腺癌根治术,随访6个月未见肿瘤复发。结论甲状腺鳞状细胞癌其恶性程度高,生长速度快,易浸润邻近的组织和器官,易误诊。早期发现和治疗是提高生存率的关键。
Objective To enhance the recognition of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the thyroid and avoid misdiagnosis.Methods The clinical characteristic,pathology,diagnosis and treatment of the primary squamous cell carcinoma of thyroid were analysed.Relevant literature was reviewed.Results Radical resection of thyroid gland carcinoma was performed.No radiological evidence showed the recurrence of the tumor after 6 months＇ follow-up.Conclusion The highly malignant primary squamous cell carcinoma of thyroid grows rapidly and usually invades the neighboring tissues and organs.Earlier diagnosis and radical resection are vital for a long survival.
