摘要
本文结合三年来研究生俱乐部的管理实践,从研究生人才的引进、制度的建设、活动的开展以及所取得的成绩等方面介绍了教科研队团队建设的实践经验,为高职校高学历人才的管理提供参考。
Practices and experiences of building a reseach team of education and science have been recommended in this article on the aspects of talent introducing, system construction,research activities and results achieved. It also can provide references on the managment of highly educated professionals in higher vocational schools.
