高温超导体Y-Ba-Cu-O相变的正电子湮没研究

摘要 在相变温度附近同时测量了电阻、正电子寿命谱和多普勒增宽能谱.发现在相变区域正电子的平均寿命τ_m、多普勒增宽线形参数H、S无规振荡,估计与晶格的不稳定性有关,似乎支持以双极化子理论为主的超导机制. The resistance, positron lifetime spectra and the Doppler broadening energy spectra of high T_c supercondoctor Y-Ba-Cu-O are measured simultaneously near the phase transition temperature. It is shown that the critical temperature of the material is about 90°K, and the positron annihilation mean lifetime m as well as the Doppler broadening parmeters H and S are in a state of irregular vibration within the phase transition region. This pheuomenon may probaley relate to the instability of the crystal structure, and seems supporting the superconducting mechanism in which the bipolaron theory a major role.
