摘要
余度系统的需求和发展使电传飞控系统更加复杂,系统可靠性建模与分析显得尤为重要。本文以电传操纵系统作为研究对象,首先通过对现有多种大型民机电传操纵系统特征的分析,从多工作模态技术、考虑余度总线的硬件冗余技术、非相似技术、功能分离技术等方面总结复杂电传操纵系统常用技术。然后以波音B777为例,分析各功能模块间关系,建立复杂电传操纵系统在正常飞行模态下的任务可靠性模型。最终通过可靠性指标计算验证该分析方法的可行性。
Redundancy system had made fly-by-wire flight(FBW) control system gradually sophisticated. As a result, it was significant to conduct modeling and analysis of flight control system’s reliability. This paper focused on the FBW control system. Through the analysis of the system of several in-service civil aircraft, essential techniques were summarized, such as multi-mode technology,hardware redundancy technology with redundant field bus, dissimilarity technology and functional separation technology. Taking Boeing 777 as an example, relationship among functional models was analyzed. Accordingly, model of mission reliability was built for complex FBW control system under normal flight conditions. Finally, our analysis method was validated by calculating reliability specifications.
