摘要
本文研究了N2压力、稀释剂含量及松装相对密度对自蔓延高温合成AIN的影响。利用XRD、SEM及金相技术分析了产物的相组成、相分布及产物粉末形貌。并在N2压力较低的条件下合成了氮化基本完全的AIN。
The effect of N 2 pressure, diluent quantity and relative density on SHS of AIN was studied. In application with XRD, SEM and Metallography, the phase and figure of SHS AIN powder were investigated. under low N 2 pressure, the complete conversion AIN was synthesized.
