通络益肾汤对DN模型大鼠肾组织转化生长因子-β_1的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察通络益肾汤对糖尿病肾病(DN)模型大鼠肾组织转化生长因子-β_1(TGF-β_1)表达的影响,探讨其对DN大鼠肾脏保护作用的可能机制。方法采用单侧肾脏切除+腹腔注射链脲佐菌素复制DN大鼠模型。大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、通络益肾汤组及西药洛汀新+糖适平组。观测各组大鼠空腹血糖,肾功能(BUN、CREA)、甘油三酯(TG)、肾组织TGF-β_1的表达。结果与模型组比较,通络益肾汤组大鼠空腹血糖、BUN、CREA、TG显著下降(P<0.01),TGF-β_1阳性表达率明显下降(P<0.05);与西药洛汀新+糖适平组比较,各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论通络益肾汤对DN模型大鼠具有保护作用。其作用机理可能与降低肾脏TGF-β_1表达,抑制肾间质纤维化有关。 Objective To observe the effect of Tongluoyishen Tang on TGF-β1 of DN Rats and to discuss mechanism of this formula protecting kidney. Methods DN model was made by single nephrectomy and STZ ip. Rats were divided into normal controlling group, model group, Tongluoyishcn group and western medicine group. Blood glucose level, BUN, CREA, TG and TGF -β1 were tested. Results Blood glucose level, BUN, CREA and TG of Tongluoyishen group were lowered significantly(P 〈 0.01 ), and positive expression of TGF-β1 also lowered (P 〈 0.05 ) comparing with model group. There was no significant difference between Tongluoyishen group and western medicine group. Conclusion Tongluoyishen tang protect DN rats, the mechanism of which probably related to lowering expression of TGF-β1.
