摘要
总结了国内20余年麦草浆碱回收及其治污的生产及开发研究实践，认为该项目是一个系统工程，从前期准备工作到设计、建设、投产以及操作管理等每一步都应策划及控制好。同时对浆厂的经济规模，浆破车间的能力平衡，原料供应及质量保证，主体设备及生产工艺的优化以及改进操作管理等进行了分析与评价。
The Soda recovery for wheat straw pulping and its pollution control of late twenty years is summurized in thispaper. The Subject is an Integrated-Engineering,Each step of it including project preparation,engineering deslgn,constructing into production and operation management should be well planned and controled.
