摘要
分析了决策阶段造价控制与项目各阶段造价控制间的关系,阐述了项目决策阶段影响造价控制的主要因素及重点,指出项目决策阶段的工程造价,决定了投资者是否投资项目以及投资规模,也对工程造价控制起着关键作用。
This paper analyzes the relationship between the cost control in project decision-making stage and the cost control of each stage of project,expounds some main factors and points influencing the construction cost control in project decision-making stage,and points out that the construction cost in project decision-making stage,which determines whether or not the investors put money into the project and their investment scale,plays a critical role in construction cost control.
