摘要
对小型啤酒厂污水处理的常用技术与方法进行了评介，并推荐了较为先进且适用性强的ＳＢＲ和ＵＡＳＢ法。
The conventional technology and methods for the treatment of industrial wastewater from small breweries are reviewed,among which the SBR and UASB techniques are emphatically recommended for their advanced and applicable properties.
