摘要
本文以调查材料与科研成果为依据,阐述了对黄土高原地区开展水土保持综合治理与经济开发的意见。即坚持发展早作农业,抓好建设基本农田,改革耕作制度与耕作技术三大措施;搞好林草植被建设;开发沙棘资源及在多沙、粗沙区重点建设治沟骨干工程。
On the basis of the investigation and experimental researches, the authors made their suggestions on the comprehensive management of the loess plateau and deve lopment of agricultural economy there. They think that non-irrigated agriculture should be the direction of agriculture there; building base farmland on a large scale, reforming tilling system and improving tilling technique, at the same time, setting up vegetation, developing and utilizing Hippophae rhamnoides Linn in the loess plateau and building controlling works on the gullies in the area of coarse sediment sources should be the main tasks in near future.
