摘要
党代表的社会认可度反映了党代表的法理性、履职能力和水平。当前党代表的社会认可度不高,原因在于党代表名额确定与分配不够合理,产生过程不规范,结构不科学,党员权利保障不足,党代表履职不足等。提高党代表的社会认可度,关键在于保障党员权利,增强党员自豪感,推进党代表产生规范化,提高党代表履职水平。
The social approval of party ＇ s representatives may reflect its legality and capability. The low social approval of the party ＇ s representatives results from that the number allocation is unreasonable, the generating process is not standard, the structure is unscientific and the safeguard of the party member＇ s rights and the capability of the party ＇ s representatives is insufficient. To improve the social approval of party ＇ s representatives, the key is to safeguard the party member＇ s rights, to strengthen its sense of pride, to advance its generating process and to develop its capability.
