摘要
我国西北地区降水稀少,蒸发强烈,水资源贫乏,是矿产资源富饶的缺水贫困区。该区经济发展取决于水资源的开发利用程度,是以水资源利用为中心的经济结构。因此,必须加强用水管理,建立节水意识,利用过境径流,实行地表水、地下水联合运用,抓紧重点地区水资源开发利用的前期工作。
The arid northwest China is an undeveloped area in economy, being rich in mineral resources but shortage in water resources due to sparse rainfall and inte nse evaporation. In the area, the development of economy depends to a large ext ent on the utilization of water resources, i.e. utilization of water resources centr alizes the economical structure. Therefore, they are suggested to strengthen the management of water supply, to awake to the importance of saving water, to utilize water through there, to utilize jointly the water both on surface and under ground and to exploit the water resources in key areas.
