酶联免疫斑点技术诊断潜伏结核的系统分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的系统分析方法评价酶联免疫斑点技术快速诊断潜伏结核的准确性。方法通过检索PubMed、EMBASE、CNKI等数据库和其他方式收集文献。用Meta-Disc软件计算合并灵敏度、合并特异性和ROC曲线等评价T细胞斑点试验的诊断正确性。结果终纳入6篇文献。酶联免疫斑点技术在检测潜伏结核时,均显示了较高的灵敏度,但特异性相对较低,且存在异质性。合并灵敏度=93.9%[95%CI(90.9%-96.2%)],合并特异性=合并SPE为66.2%[95%CI(62.4%-69.8%)],ROC曲线下面积为0.9658。结论联免疫斑点技术诊断潜伏结核显示了较高的灵敏度,但特异性相对较差,限制了该方法的应用。
