摘要
目的应用口外复位法对135例颞下颌关节前脱位复位。方法对新疆国电红雁池一电职工医院2005～2008年就诊135例颞下颌关节前脱位患者行口外复位治疗。结果 134例颞下颌关节前脱位患者采用口外复位法成功,1例失败后改用口内复位法成功。口外复位法复位时间快,操作简单,无任何并发症,疗效满意。结论颞下颌关节前脱位采用口外复位法是有较高成功率,可以减轻颞下颌关节损伤。
Objective Applied extra-oral reduction for 135 cases of anterior Dislocation of Condyle.Methods 135 cases of anterior Dislocation of Condyle reduced by extra-oral method were reviewed and analyzed. Results The 134 cases of anterior Dislocation of Condyle used extra-oral reduction method,the reducing time was short,the operation was simple.1 case of failure was Success by intra-oral reduction. Conclusion It is feasible to use extra-oral reduction to anterior Dislocation of Condyle which may reduce degree of wound.
