摘要
目的：研究ＣＣＭＤ－２－Ｒ抑郁性神经症诊断标准的信度与效度。方法：对符合ＣＣＭＤ－２－Ｒ抑郁性神经症诊断标准的３８例患者进行３０～１５０天前瞻性随访研究，评定其预测效度、内容效度、平行效度。结果：该标准有较好的预测效度，内容效度，与ＤＳＭ－Ⅳ、ＩＣＤ－１０相关标准也有较好的一致性。结论：ＣＣＭＤ－２－Ｒ标准有较好的信度和效度。
Objective:To study the validity and reliability of the diagnostic criteria of depressive neurosis in CCMD 2 R. Method:Forty eight subjects with clinical diagnosis of depressive neurosis were recruited from in and out patients and rediagnosed according to CCMD 2 R, ICD 10 and DSM Ⅳcriteria.The content validity and one to five months test retest reliability were also investigated for CCMD 2 R in 38 subjects. Results:Fair to excellent intracriteria reliability was obtained for depressive neurosis (dysthymia) in the three diagnostic systems.The predictive and content validity for depressive neurosis in CCMD 2 R was good to excellent. Conclusion:The diagnostic criteria of depressive neurosis in CCMD 2 R are both valid and reliable.
