树突状细胞与鼻部炎性疾病
摘要
树突状细胞是体内最强的抗原提呈细胞,具有摄取、处理和提呈抗原至T细胞的功能。它能有效的激活、诱导初始T细胞分化,引发机体的免疫应答或者免疫耐受。本文综述了树突状细胞在鼻部几种常见炎性疾病发病机制和治疗中的研究进展。
