摘要
从工程实际完成的案例出发,详细介绍如何利用数控机床内置的PMC编程控制器进行开发设计,自定义M功能指令,通过适当改造数控机床的电气系统,控制气动夹具装置动作,实现用数控加工编程的方式控制多工位夹具翻转以完成工件的自适应加工控制,满足对多工位工件一次性装夹完成加工的任务需求。该方法能够有效提高数控机床加工这类零件的效率与精度,对相关企业加工同类零件,实现高效高精加工,有着广泛的实际指导意义。
Based on engineering actual completion examples, this article detailedly introduces how to carry out develeopment and design, define the M fuction command by using the PMC programmable controller built in the NC mahcine tool, and how to control the operation of the pneumatic clamping device, enabling to control the turnover of the multistation fixture to complete the adaptive machining control of the workpieces, and meeting the task requirements for performing machining of the workpieces at multistations just in one clamping. The method can improve the efficiency and accuracy of this kind of parts, and has practical guiding significance for the relavant enterprises to process the .same type of parts, allowing high efficient machinging.
