摘要
空冷型质子交换膜燃料电池(Air-CoolingPEMFC)电堆具有结构简单,自身能耗低等特点,在便携式电源研究领域有着更为光明的应用前景。在电堆的工作条件中,电堆工作温度和湿度是影响电堆性能的关键因素。以实验手段对空冷型电堆的温度和湿度特性进行研究,通过实验数据分析电堆工作温度和尾气排放周期对输出性能的影响,并结合分析结果基于遗传算法建立了电堆温度和湿度特性经验模型。研究结果有助于空冷型PEMFC电堆的温度和湿度特性分析、模型优化和实时控制系统的设计。
Air-Cooling PEMFC stack possesses some advantages, such as simpler structure, lower energy consumption and so on, which emerges as a potential application for the potable power source in the research. In all of stack operating conditions, the stack operating temperature and humidity are the key factors which affect the stack output performance. In this paper, the air-cooling PEMFC stack's temperature and humidity characteristic were researched by experiments. The effects of stack operating temperature and emission cycle on the output performance were analyzed through experiments data. Then the stack temperature and humidity experience model were derived from the results based on genetic algorithms. The research results are useful to analyze air-cooling PEMFC stack's temperature characteristic, optimize model and design real time control system.
