摘要
采用文献法、调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法，对我国普通高校体育师资队伍进行了抽样调查分析。通过与其他专业教师的比较分析，得出高校体育教师的学历、职称偏低，年龄结构不合理，知识老化，不能完全适应我国高等教育事业的发展需要。
This article samples investigates and analyses the physical teachers of our ordinary colleges and universities by using documents,investigation,mathematical stastistics and logic analysis.Compared with the other professional teachers,the authors have come to the conclusion that the records and titles of the physical teachers are not high,the structure of age is unreasonable.Knowledge is ageing so that they are not very suitable for the requirement for the development of the education cause of our colleges and universities.According to the status quo they put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
