摘要
本文报道了高掺镁富锂铌酸锂晶体的生长。我们选择了最佳的工艺参数,解决了晶体生长中的生长条纹,晶体抗光拆变能力提高两个数量级以上。测量了晶体的倍频转换效率、相位匹配温度、双折射梯度、光电流和光电导。初步探讨了高渗镁富锂酸铌锂晶体的抗光折变机理。
In this paper the growth and photorfraction resistance of lithi-um excess LiNbO_3 crystals highly doped with magnesium are reported. Growthstriations were avoided by adopting optimal technical parameters and the pho-torefraction resistance was raised more than one hundred times. The conver-sion efficiency of frequency doubling, the phase matching temperature andother relevant properties were determined, and the photorefraction resistingmechanism such LiNbO_3 crystals were investigated.
