摘要
目的分析阿替卡因（碧兰麻）在拔牙术中的麻醉效果。方法选取拔牙患者120例，随机分为碧兰麻组和利多卡因组，分别行局部浸润及阻滞麻醉。结果碧兰麻组麻醉优良率明显高于利多卡因组。结论碧兰麻用于拔牙术中的浸润麻醉，起效快，效能高，是理想的局部麻醉药物。
Objective To analysis the anesthetic effect of articaine in teeth extraction. Methods 120 patients with involved teeth were divided into two groups randomly articaine group and lidocaine group. The patients were given nerve block anesthesia. Results As to anesthetic effect, the ratio of excellence in articalne group was significant higher than that in lidocaine group. Concl.usions Artieaine was used as infiltration anesthesia in extraction of teeth, the anesthetic efficiency is high and the action is rapid. Artiealne is an ideal local anesthetic drug.
