花粉症合并过敏性鼻炎过敏性哮喘关系的探讨

摘要 目的探讨花粉症与过敏性鼻炎和过敏性哮喘的关系。方法对2007年3月至2009年3月确诊为花粉症的584例患者进行皮内实验和血清IgE检测，调查鼻炎哮喘患者的发病年龄，季节，临床症状。结果鼻炎平均发病年龄26岁，哮喘发病年龄32岁，鼻炎占52．92％，哮喘占21．64％，鼻炎合并哮喘10．82％。结论花粉是鼻炎哮喘发病的诱发因素。
