摘要 研究了CL5209萃淋树酯微色谱柱柱性能以及对铀和主要伴生元素的分离富集情况。结果表明,在1mol/L硝酸介质中,除铀(Ⅵ)、钍(Ⅳ)、金(Ⅲ)和少量稀土元素能被CL5209萃淋树酯吸附外,其它常见共存元素不被吸附。用5ml1mol/L的HNO3可以安全淋洗除去钍和少量稀土,再用14ml混合掩蔽剂可以完全解析铀,结合以在溴代十六烷基吡啶存在下5Br-PADAP显色。 In this paper,the property of microchromatocolum using CL 5209 extractant containing resin as extractant and separation concentration of main coexisting elements are studied.The results shows,in 1 mol/L nitric acid medium,U(Ⅵ)、Th(Ⅳ)、Au(Ⅲ)and a few rare earths can be adsorbed by the resin,but almost all the other ions such as Fe(Ⅲ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Zr(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Ca(Ⅱ)、Mg(Ⅱ)、K(Ⅰ)、Na(Ⅰ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Al(Ⅲ)etc,are not adsorbed.The adsorbed thorium(Ⅳ)and a few rare earths can be removed from the resin by 1+1 hydrochloric acid solution,so that Uranium(Ⅵ)is separated from them.Subsequently,the Uranium is eluted and spectrophoto metrically determined with 2 (5 bromo 2 pyridylazo) 5 diethlamino phenol as the color agent.This method is quite simple,easily grasphed and applied for determination of trace Uranium in environment samples.
