摘要
本文利用扫描电镜对热解化学汽相沉积法生长的金刚石薄膜组织进行了观察分析,看到了九种不同形貌的金刚石薄膜组织,讨论了这些组织的特点。
The Morphology of diamond thin film (DTF) grown by thermalCVD was investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy. Nine types ofDTF microstructures are observed and their characteristics are discussed.
