摘要
利用CERN NA27合作组提供的LEBC泡室照片,对400GeV/c pp碰撞产生的带电粒子多重数分布进行了研究.叙述了对原始数据的校正方法.与其他能量的实验结果比较表明,在不高于ISR能量的能区,非单衍过程的多重数分布具有KNO标度行为,而非弹性过程的多重数分布则偏离KNO标度.
Charged particle multiplicity distributions in pp collisions at 400 GeV/c have been studied by using the LEBC films which were offered by CERN NA27 Collaboration.
The corrections to the raw data are described. The results are compared with data at other energies. It is shown that the charged particle multiplicity distribution for the non single diffractive process has KNO scaling behavior, whereas for the inelastic process shows a deviation from KNO scaling up to ISR energy.
