摘要
本文报导了用提拉法生长Mg_2SiO_4:Cr^(3+)晶体的实验过程和结果,试验证实了所得样品为Mg_2SiO_4:Cr^(3+)单晶体,指出了生长高质量的Mg_2SiO_4:Cr^(3+)单晶的有效途径。
In this paper procedures and results for the crystal growthof Mg_2SiO_4: Cr^(3+) by Czochralski method are reported. The samples obtainedhave been confirmed to be Mg_2SiO_4: Cr^(3+) crystals by several means of testingand examination. An effective way of growing high quality single crystals ofMg_2SiO_4: Cr^(3+) is put forward.
