摘要
目的观察参附注射液对心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及治疗前后心功能及血浆BNP的变化。方法将68例心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在常规疗法基础上予以参附注射液静滴;疗程14d。治疗前后两组均采用心脏超声评估心功能指标及检测血浆BNP水平。结果两组治疗后心功能指标、血浆BNP水平均较治疗前有改善,治疗组改善程度优于对照组。结论在常规综合治疗心力衰竭基础上联用参附注射液可提高治疗心力衰竭的疗效,改善心功能,显著降低血浆BNP水平。
Objective：To investigate the treating effect and changes of cardiac function and brain natriuretic polypeptide in patients with heart failure treated with Shenfu injection.Methods：68 patients with chroinc heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given normal treatment .The treated group were treated with Shenfu injetion intravenous drop in addition.The heart funciton and brain natriuretic polypeptide were measured before and after treatment.Results：The heart funciton and the concentration of BNP of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.There were more improvements in the treated group than that in the control group.Conclusion：The heart function parameters and the clinical effect of the chroinc heart failure on treating with Shenfu injection combined routine therapy are markedly improved. The concentration of BNP is significantly decreased after treatment.
