摘要
房价问题一直是社会的焦点问题,分析住宅价格的影响因素,具有重要的现实意义。首先运用定性分析的方法,从理论上分析住宅价格的影响因素,然后以重庆为例,运用回归分析方法,实证研究影响住宅价格的因素。
Housing price issue has been the focus of social problems.Analysis of factors affecting housing prices has important practical sig-nificance.This paper first using qualitative analysis method analysis factors affecting housing prices from the theoretical,then to Chongqing as an example,using regression analysis,empirical studies of the factors that affect housing prices.
