摘要
以LJ4650-1A曲轴箱为例,对微型车用发动机曲轴箱铸件出现气孔缺陷的成因进行了研究分析,从浇注系统、浇注温度、砂芯质量等方面提出了应对措施,解决了铸件的气孔缺陷。
Take LJ4650-1A crankcase of an example, the causes of blowhole defect for the engine crankcase of micro-motor were analyzed. The targeted measures on gating system, pouring temperature, sand core quality were proposed, and the casting defects were solved.
