摘要
目的为提高护理管理质量，找出存在缺陷，提出改进方法，实现理想中的零缺陷管理。方法采用6 Sigma管理方法与2007年护理质量检查结果进行比较分析。结果与2007年比较，基础护理、专科护理、安全护理、护理文书、病区管理、创新服务、综合质控及病人满意度均P〈0．05；实施前与实施后相比，在护理质量、护理差错、护士满意度等方面均P〈0．01，差异具有统计学意义。结论6 Sigma管理方法在临床护理管理工作中的应用，将能更好地发挥出护理人员在临床工作中的潜能，提高护理质量，确保护理安全，达到提高护理质量管理的目的。
Objective To promote nursing management quality, discover the flaw, propose the corrective method, establish nursing quality control point, and achieve zero flaw management in the ideal. Methods The quality testing result was analyzed between 2008 when using the 6 Sigma management and the nursing quality in 2007 . Results Compared with that in 2007, foundation nursing, the faculty nurse, safe nursing, nurses＇copy clerk, the ward management, the innovation service, the synthesis nature to control and the patients＇degree of satisfaction were different P 〈 0. 05. The nursing quality, nursing mistake, patients＂ degree of satisfaction, nurses＂ degree of satisfaction were better after implementation than those before the implementation P 〈 0. 01. Conclusions 6 Sigma management applies in the clinical nursing supervisory work, will display nursing staffs＇in clinical work potential well, pursue nursing quality high quality, enhance patients＇degree of satisfaction, realize safe nursing, strengthen continues the quality improvement, thus realize zero flaw.
