摘要
研究Siwear纤维的性能及其可纺性。测试了Siwear纤维的摩擦因数、强力、回潮率和质量比电阻,并与Outlast腈纶纤维和粘胶纤维进行了对比。指出:Siwear纤维的抱合性较好,强力和回潮率较高,但其质量比电阻较大,在纺纱过程中应采取相应措施以保证纺纱顺利进行。
Property and spinnability of Siwear fiber were studied. Properties of Siwear fiber such as friction coefficient, strength, moisture regain and mass specific resistance were tested then contrasted to Outlast acrylic fiber and viscose fiber. It is pointed out that cohesion of Siwear fiber is better,the strength and moisture regain is higher while the mass specific resistance is larger, related measures should be adopted in spinning to make production successful.
