摘要
讨论了典型弹种的选取和储存试验环境的选择，建立了半可燃药筒弹药的安全性模型和可靠性模型，据此提出了储存可靠性的试验项目，初步确定了抽样时机和样本量。
This paper discuss the selection of typical ammunition and storage test environment, sets up safety model and reliablity model about semi combustible cartridge, presents the test items of storage reliability, and preliminarily determines the sampling opportunity and sample book quantity.
