摘要
当前人口失踪现象日益严重,给社会和家庭带来巨大阴影。失踪人员由于缺乏足够证据被害而无法刑事立案启动侦查程序,也无法受到公力救济和法律保护。立线侦查工作机制的提出不但解决了对疑似被侵害失踪人员被害案件侦查的法律程序问题,而且通过侦查模式的创新提高了侦查效率。
The missing-person phenomenon is increasingly severe at present,which brings a shadow to society and family.Because the missing person lacks of enough evidence to be murdered,so the police can＇ t place the criminal case on file and launch investigative procedure,neither does the missing person receive the relief by public force and legislative protection.The suggestion of line detection mechanism not only solves the legislative procedural problems of missing person＇ s murder case,but also improves the investigative efficiency through the innovation of investigative patterns.
