摘要
基于激光光电检测技术 ,提出了一种同时测量汽车飞轮齿圈总成 3个不同部位圆跳动误差的非接触检测方法和测量系统 ,对其测量原理、测量方法和测量系统进行了详细的讨论 。
Based on laser and optoelectronic measuring technology, a non contact method and measuring system is presented for the simultaneous measurement of the run out errors at three positions of an automobile flywheel and gear ring assembly. The measuring principle, method and the system for the run out errors are discussed in detail. The accuracy and measuring capacity index have been verified by experiments.
