咪喹莫特联合光动力治疗复发性尿道口尖锐湿疣的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨光动力联合咪喹莫特治疗复发性尿道口尖锐湿疣的疗效和安全性。方法随机将入选患者分成两组，对照组用电灼去除疣体，如复发重复治疗。治疗组在前述基础上用光动力治疗尿道口，继以外用5％咪喹莫特乳膏每周3次共8周。所有患者随访3月。结果共有32例患者完成治疗与随访，治疗组在随访2周、1月、3月时的复发率分别是44．4％，33．3％，16．7％，对照组分别为64．3％，57．1％，35、7％。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论咪喹莫特与光动力联合治疗对复发性尿道口尖锐湿疣有显著疗效。
