摘要
融资理论是财务管理理论的重要组成部分,对项目融资行为产生重要影响。本文沿基础设施融资主体、融资渠道、融资方式以及融资影响因素的脉络,采用文献研究法综述基础设施融资理论,对基础设施融资理论现状进行了评析并提出了未来可以探索的空间。
Financing theory is the important part of financial management theory. It brings important influence for project financing behavior. According to the skeleton of financing units, financing channel, financing mode and the influencing factors of financing, the paper reviews the financing theories of infrastructure based on the method of reference research, analyzes the present situation of financing theories of infrastructure, proposes the research field for the future.
