摘要
以竞争情报为视角,基于持续竞争优势的目的,将企业自身的发展战略融入到集群的可持续发展战略中,构筑高效的竞争情报系统,同时从企业集群文化、组织管理制度、人才保障和人际网络系统四个方面进行培育和支撑,以保障竞争情报系统的良性循环和可持续发展。
This article takes CIS as the angle of view, based on continually competitive advantage goal, the enterprise＇s own development strategies into the sustainable development of the cluster enterprise, builds a highly efficient competitive intelligence system. Meanwhile from the Cluster enterprise culture, the organization control system, the talented person safeguard and the interpersonal network system four aspects carries on the cultivation and the support, in order to protect the virtuous circle and sustainable development of competitive intelligence systems.
