Wang Xuan as known as the ＂Contemporary Bi Sheng＂ and ＂father of Chinese laser photo-typesetting＂ ,triggered Chinese press and print publishing industry revolution with his independent innovation system in leaps and bounds. Thanks to his effort,the application level of print publishing industry in China has been leaped into the front ranks of world power. Major Characteristics of Wang Xuan＇s independent innovation are consisted as follow：oriented by cutting-edge technology to leap forward; compete speed with opponents to shorten the time; take root in the market to obtain power from demand side.
