摘要
系统地介绍了现代电子材料，对其中的几种新型材料，如纳米材料、智能材料、梯度材料等作了重点论述。为了从理论上说明新型电子材料的特性，特别着重分析其微观结构。并依此为根据，说明其宏观性能。从材料的微观结构出发，来分类新型材料，并标示出有代表性的材料。此外，还指出了电子材料的一些发展方向。
