本文详细介绍了多年来水火管锅炉的重大改进,其中包括采用螺纹烟管、采用拱型或凸形管板、防止管板开裂、防止锅壳下部鼓包、采用合理水循环回路等内容。
Presented in this Paper is a detailed description of Significant improvements obtained in the past years on water-fire tube shell boilers which account for about half of the total industrial boilers in China. The major improvements are as follows: using screwed smoke tubes and arched or convex tubeplates in boiler design; taking effective measures to prevent tubeplates from cracking and drum bottoms bulging; adopting reasonable water circuits and so on.
