摘要
随着多媒体应用的发展,实时数据的传输、同步等问题的研究越来越受到重视。本文提出的同步控制算法,针对常见分组网缺乏QoS业务的特点,借助于RTP的数据传输机制,通过对报文延时及延时抖动的估计,来调节和维持实时数据的同步,以满足用户对媒体播放质量的要求,从而在一定程度上,解决了在当前较为通用的分组网环境下。
In this paper,we propose an algorithsm with which delay estimation is performed dynamically at the receiving site during the session to learn the change of the network load.The playback schedule of the real time data can then be adapted accordingly when it is found to be violated the user's requirements on the quality of presentation.Taking into consideration the characteristics of real time data,we further reduce the packet's end to end delay whenever it is possible to improve the efficiency of the application.It has been shown by simulation that this approach is effective in maintaining the quality of the real time data transimission over packet switched networks without QoS gurantees.
