摘要
提出了利用低熔点玻璃进行YAG投影管的YAG屏与玻璃锥体封接的思想:分析了该封接工艺中材料膨胀系数的匹配、浸润性以及再结晶等问题;简要介绍了所用低熔点玻璃的物化性质,以及包括低熔点左玻璃膏剂调制、涂覆和焙烧在内的具体工艺规范。结果证实该封接性能良好,实现了YAG投影管全玻结构的技术飞跃。
The seal of YAG-to-glass is a key technique to develop yutrium aluminum garnet(YAG)projection tube. The seal. of YAG screen to glass cone is produced using low melting glass binder The paperpresents the material for the seal and the theories such as the match between the binder's expansion coefficientand those of YAG and glass, binder's infiltration to YAG and glass,and the binder's re-crystallization.The sealtechniques including the binder cream's concoction, coating and bake are also given. The experimental resultsshow that the seal performances are good.
