摘要
ATM（异步转移模式）作为宽带网络的关键技术，取到了很大进展。ADSL（不对称数字用户环路）则是目前很有潜力的网络接入技术。分析了在ADSL上传输ATM信元的原理和系统模型，在此基础上对各分层模块功能及相应协议进行了研究，并给出了在ADSL上传输ATM时几种可能信道分配。
篈TM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) has been developing rapidly as a key technology of the broadband network. Now ADSL(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) is regarded as a promising technology for access networks.This paper analyzes the principles and system models of transmitting ATM cells over ADSL, studies the functions and related protocols of the sub-layer modules, and offers some ideas about the bandwidth allocation of ADSL.
