摘要
采用Ho：YAG激光经纤维支气管镜治疗肺部疾病5例，其中1例肺部炎性肉芽肿经3次激光治疗获得痊愈，与传统的电灼、微波治疗相比具有止血效果佳，创面愈合快的优点；4N晚期肺癌经3～7次激光姑息治疗，癌肿不同程度缩小，气道通畅，梗阻症状明显缓解，作为综合治疗手段之一，该疗法对缓解晚期肺癌患者气过阻塞，改善生存质量，具有一定实用价值．
We reported 5 cases of pulmonary diseases treated with Holium: YAG laser through fibrous brochoscope. 1 patient suffering inflammatory granuloma was cured after three times of treatment. Compared with conventional methods such as electrocautery and microwave treatment, laser has the merit of good hemostasis effect and quick recovery of the operation area.The other 4 patients suffering late lung cancer received 3 - 7 times of palliative treatment. After the treatment, The tumor tissues became smaller variably, and tracts were unobstructed,symptoms of tract - obstructed obviously alleviated. We think that laser treatment has somepractical significance in alleviating tract blocking of pulmonary diseases of late stage, andtherefore raise the life quality.
