摘要
采用脉冲激光进行诱导焊接SiCw/6061A1铝基复合材料,研究了激光功率、脉冲频率、表面处理状态等工艺参数对接头强度的影响。结果表明:激光功率是影响焊缝质量的主要因素,通过控制激光束输出功率可以有效抑制熔池中SiC晶须与基体铝合金的界面反应,成功地实现SiCw/6061A1铝基复合材料的连接。
Pulse laser was used to weld SiCw/6061A1 composite in this paper. The effects of parameters such as output power, pulse frequency and surface treatment condition on strength of welded joint were studied. The results indicated that: output power of laser beam is the most important parameter affecting quality of Weld. Interface reaction between SiC and aluminium matrix can be restrained by controlling output power of laser beam, thus the welding of aluminium matrix composite SiCw/6061A1 was successfully realized by using pulse laser.
