摘要
以动压平衡自动跟踪微电脑烟尘采样仪为例,从采样截面与测点布设、采样嘴的选择、采气体积、仪器显示异常情况原因分析、采样期间操作五个方面讨论锅炉烟尘现场监测中常见问题的解决办法。着重探讨了采气体积与烟尘浓度相对误差的关系。在允许烟尘浓度相对误差≤10%时,采集3个样品的条件下,当烟尘浓度C≥100mg/L,则按GB5468—91《锅炉烟尘测试方法》每个样品最小采气体积为334L;当烟尘浓度C≤100mg/L,则必须增加最小采气体积,才能满足烟尘浓度相对误差≤10%的要求。
