摘要
为增强"脚斗士"运动的安全性、了解运动员所需的身体机能状态及可能带来的身体伤害和运动损伤发生的隐患,对福建省邵武市4所中学经过1~6个月训练的"脚斗士"运动员49人进行问卷调查、身体机能测试,并对教练员进行访谈,以便"脚斗士"这一新兴体育运动能够顺利地开展起来。结果显示:"脚斗士"运动是较安全的运动形式,一般以轻度损伤(皮肤擦伤、撞击伤)较为多见,采取相应保护措施可以明显降低损伤的发生率;属于次大强度运动,对于没有心血管疾病及其他内脏疾病的青少年来说属于安全的运动强度范围。
To enhance the safety of movement judose,Athletes needed to understand the physical state and possible bodily injury and sports injury risk,In this paper,Shaowu City of Fujian Province,four in secondary schools,after 1~6 months of training "judose" a total of 49 athletes who carried out a questionnaire survey,physical test,and coaches interviews.As a "judose" in this emerging sport can be conducted smoothly.The results show that: "judose" movement is relatively safe form of movement,generally mild injuries(skin abrasions,impact injury) is more common,Take appropriate protective measures can significantly reduce the incidence of injury.Smaller than the high-intensity exercise,with no cardiovascular disease and other diseases of internal organs of young people is a safe range of exercise intensity.
