不同术式治疗子宫肌瘤对卵巢功能的影响 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨不同术式治疗子宫肌瘤对卵巢功能的影响。方法选择子宫肌瘤患者110例,随机分成保留子宫动脉上行支大部分子宫体切除术组(研究组)和次全子宫切除术组(对照组),观察两组手术前后各项有关指标的变化。结果对照组血清卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)与术前相比差异显著(P<0.05),研究组血清FSH及E2与术前相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论保留子宫动脉上行支大部分子宫体切除术用于临床对患者卵巢功能影响小,不增加手术难度,值得临床推广。
