摘要
目的采用乳化-交联法制备盐酸罗哌卡因明胶微球,并建立含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法在260nm波长处测定含量。结果自制盐酸罗哌卡因明胶微球质量浓度在16~40μg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好(r=0.999),载药量为21.4%,药物包封产率为74.8%。结论紫外分光光度法可测定盐酸罗哌卡因明胶微球,且微球制备工艺简便,有一定的缓释性,能适当延长盐酸罗哌卡因作用时间。
Objective To establish the emulsion cross-linking method for the determination of ropivacaine hydrochloride gelatin microspheres.Methods The content determination was performed at the wavelength of 260 nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results The linear range of ropivacaine hydrochloride gelatin microspheres was in the concentration of 16-40 μg/mL(r=0.999),and the content of ropivacaine hydrochloride in the microspheres was 21.4%,and the ratio of drug envelopment was 74.8%.Conclusion The method can be used to determine ropivacaine hydrochloride gelatin microspheres.The preparing technology is simple with certain sustained releasing property,which can prolong the action time of ropivacaine.
