摘要
用燃烧法制备了正极材料LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2,研究了合成条件对产物的影响。XRD、SEM及电化学测试结果表明:n(Li)∶n(Mn+Ni)=1.05∶1.00、n[CO(NH2)2]∶n(NO3-)=1.0∶1.0,在900℃下烧结4h所得样品为α-NaFeO2层状结构;一次颗粒粒径为0.1~1.0μm;在2.7~4.5V的首次放电比容量为181.7mAh/g,第20次循环时的容量保持率为83.5%。
Cathode material LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 was synthesized by combustion method,the influences of synthesizing conditions to the products were studied. XRD,SEM and electrochemical test results showed that the sample synthesized by calcining at 900 ℃ for 4 h,n(Li)∶n(Mn+Ni)=1.05∶1.00,n[CO(NH2)2)]∶n(NO-3)=1.0∶1.0 had a layered α-NaFeO2 type structure,the diameter of primary particle was 0.1~1.0 μm,the initial specific discharge capacity at 2.7~4.5 V was 181.7 mAh/g,the capacity retention at the 20th cycle was 83.5%.
